Size-
This Hon sha ze sho nen pendant including the bail is 2.6 cm high by 0.5 cm wide.
*Your pendant comes with a beautiful, sterling silver 18in chain*
Style-
I make this design by first flattening a sheet of silver to the perfect thickness and then I cut the pendants by hand with a miniature jewelry hacksaw. Afterwards attach the bail which is also made by hand and then polish the piece.
Material-
The purity of the silver is 925/1000 or commonly known as Sterling Silver. I start with pure silver or 1000/1000 and add copper (not nickel!) to make the sterling silver alloy. The finished product is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Pure silver is not used in my final products due to it being a soft metal and the jewelry could bend with use. Sterling silver is very resistant and holds up very well to all daily activities.

Hon sha zen sho nen is known as the distance symbol, and it is primarily used when long-distance reiki sessions need to take place. It can be translated to mean "oneness" because it brings the energy of the healer to the person who is unwell, no matter how far apart they are from one another. Therefore this symbol can be used to send healing energy to anyone anywhere, and it is able to cleanse the past, present, and future knowing no boundaries of space and time.
